St. Regis Memorial Day parade

Members of the American Legion Ray Welch Post 13 marched from the John Mullan Square down to the St. Regis River on Memorial Day and tossed a flower wreath in the waters below. The Memorial Day commemoration ended at the St. Regis Cemetery. (Amy Quinlivan/Mineral Independent)
