MINERAL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PUBLIC HEARING FOR TRIPLE 7 RANCH SUBDIVISION November 4, 2022 The Mineral County Commissioners will hold a public hearing regarding the proposed Triple 7 Ranch Subdivision, on November 4, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will be held in the Mineral County Commissioners Conference Room located in the Courthouse Annex, 300 River Street, Superior. The Triple 7 Ranch is a proposed 2-lot minor subdivision. The property is located off of Sevenmile Creek Road, lying north of MT Highway 135 and north of the Clark Fork River, located in the S1/2 SW1/4 SW1/4 and the S1/2 SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 34 of Township 19 North, Range 27 West, P.M.M., Mineral County, Montana. The subdivision would result in 2 residential lots. The 2 lots range in size from 5.20 acres to 34.62 acres.
