Nolan joins Josie Frankhauser. He weighed 7 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 20 inches. Nolan’s maternal grandparents are Thomas Ruzicka, of Sacramento, Tracy Ruzicka, of Big Spring, Texas. His maternal great-grandparent is Dewey Sigmon, of Lockhart, South Carolina. Nolan’s paternal grandparents are Tom Price, of Seattle, Diane Price, of Tacoma, Washington, and great-grandparent Lillian Gravseth, of Tacoma, Washington.
