Clark Fork volleyball team wins district, now heads to divisionals

The Clark Fork (Alberton-Superior) volleyball team won the District 13C tournament in Missoula last week to advance to the divisional tournament in Manhattan Wednesday.

Thursday, the Mountain Cats beat Lincoln in three sets, 25-20, 25-13, 25-20; then Seeley-Swan in three as well, 25-19, 25-23, 26-24.

Friday, Clark Fork started strong with a three-set win over Valley Christian, 25-14, 25-20, 25-23.

Valley Christian returned to the championship match with a win over Seeley-Swan, but the Mountain Cats took care of business with a four-set triumph, 25-18, 13-25, 26-24, 25-14.
