April 17, 1958: Ellisons Report No Lead On Daughter—Still seeking, though with hope lessening, their 16-year-old daughter are Mr. and Mrs. Frank Ellison of Superior.

Wilma left home Friday, March 28, for a theater party with several girl friends after celebrating her 16th birthday with a party at home.

She went to the theater but left immediately and spent several hours around town at a cafe and visiting with friends.

She has not been seen since being escorted home at about 11 p.m. that night.

Numerous reports have been made about seeing a girl wearing glasses in the vicinity of the Brockway ranch, Missoula and up the Bitterroot but they have not been confirmed that they were of her.

The family has talked to Wilma’s friends and various authorities but no information has been solid enough to form a lead.

“There is too much gossip and too little fact,” Mrs. Ellison said, and the family plans to sell its home and move to Missoula.
