Bring back Mad Max

| July 16, 2008 12:00 AM

Dear Editor,

Well, to start out, tomorrow finally came. I’ve been meaning to write since April 2008. I’ve been side-tracked so many times. I think to myself, ah, I’ll just wait until tomorrow to write, that way, I might have more time to myself. In other words, I keep putting it off. Hello, ha, ha.

Anyway, when I get this paper on Wednesdays, the first thing I look at, of course, is the front page title and the stories and pictures of what had happened or what is going on now, and what could happen.

Then, I turn to the opinions section. Of course, I keep hoping, of seeing questions, of, asking people, with their picture too, on the page, what is their opinions of this or that and how or why. This paper had it once, for a short period of time. I think it was Mad Max, of asking questions and having the pictures of the people, of asking their opinions. I’ve really enjoyed it, but now it’s gone, and to me, the paper seems more empty. Anyway, please put it back in.

Before I forget, I thank you very much, Ed Moreth, for the story and the picture, of my uncle, Pat Pierre, and myself, of “Camas Prairie School holds its last Pow Wow.” Also too, the “Camas Prairie School, Final Bell,” story by Jason Shueh & Photos by Aaric Bryan. Keep up the good work and please put it back in the paper, of asking, people opinions, with their picture in it too.

Anyway, to all of my C.P.N.(Camas Prairie Neighbors), have a happy summer time and Happy Trail.

Sincerely,

Darrell Whitworth
