Explanation

In light of the recent alleged physical confrontation against the Mineral County Planner Tim Read, perpetrated by Ollie St. Clair, I am compelled to submit for publication, a letter (dated July 16, 2008) I previously forwarded to the Mineral County Commissioners in support of Mr. Read.

I would like to add that as a Native American descendent myself, I find it despicable that Mr. St. Clair exploits his ethnicity to further manipulate, and intimidate others by implying he is the victim of racial discrimination. I suggest this is merely an overt attempt to divert attention away from his acts of violence.
