Where has all the people's peripheral vision gone?

Does any one notice all the color in the highway ditches from Plains to the dump?.

Does this reflect how the folks of this community feel about the beautiful surroundings of Plains?

Our county commissioner who lives here and our sheriffs department don't see it or don't they care. Those of us who live along here are expected to pick up this trash as it blows into our yard.

I have been told that there is an ordinance saying all trash is to be covered when taken to the dump.

If we as taxpayers can't get the small things done, why worry about the big ones?

You who litter know who you are. Why don't you care?

Am I the only one who sees this trash?

If not, let's hear from you and let's put some pressure on the ones who can stop this.

It is against the law to litter the highways.
