Zoning, planning and management

Concerning Shirley Bakke’s letter Nov. 5. It is confusing whether or not Shirley knows the difference between planning and zoning and forest management? Isn’t Scotchmans Peaks Wilderness Area a plan to keep access from ever being developed? Isn’t your plan to keep most people out of it? I can only ask what jobs your plan will create for the area? What kind of plan says that a horse print is OK but a bicycle wheel is not. I guess any plan is only okay if Mrs. Bakke agrees with it.
