Planning czar?

To the editor,

I get a kick out of Mr. Olfert’Äôs latest letter (Commissioners moving in the right direction ’Äî Oct. 4, 2008). He said an esteemed lawyer who probably had never been to Sanders County or heard of it has written a plan for us; a plan quite detailed in directing us how to live. Whoa! In the primary Mr. Olfert and the voters vehemently opposed to any planning whatsoever. But Mr. Olfert is now promoting planning at his direction. So my question to the readers, voters and residents is: If his plan is implemented what would Mr. Olfert’Äôs title be ’Äî Planning Czar, dictator or Supreme Chancellor? Think about it!
