Mineral County Community Calendar

The St. Regis Sewer Board meets on the second Thursday of the month at 6 p.m. at the Community Center.

The Cabin Fever Quilters Guild meets the first Tuesday of every month. Call Sherrill Christensen at 678-4240 for times and locations, as they vary.

The Mineral County Hospital Board of Directors meets every fourth Thursday.

The Superior Food Bank, at the corner of Pike and 5th Avenue, across from Eva Horning Park is open Fridays 10 a.m. to noon, and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Alberton Group for Alcohol Anonymous meets at 7 p.m. each Tuesdays at the United Methodist Church in Alberton.

Meetings are open to the public.

Historical Society / Museum committee meets every second Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the museum, located at the Extension Office in Superior. For more information, call Kay Strombo at 822-4246.

The Mineral County Museum is open Tuesday and Thursday from 3 p.m to 6 p.m. or by appointment. For more information call 822-4246 or 822-4974.

The AA Meetings in St. Regis meet at the Clark Fork Bible Church on Mondays at 7:30 p.m.

St. Regis Community Council meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Community Center. The board meetings are on the fourth Tuesday at 6 p.m.

St. Regis Senior Citizens Noon Meal is every Thursday at noon in the American Legion building / Senior Center.

Superior Senior Citizens Center serves lunch at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday and Friday; dinner at 5:30 p.m. every first and third Monday; Pinochle every Friday at 7 p.m. For more information, call 822-3334 or 822-4548.

Mineral County Weed District will meet on May 6, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. at the MSU Extension Office, 301 Second Ave E., Superior, MT 59872. All meetings are open to the public.

St. Regis Resort Area Board will meet on May 11, 2009 at 6 p.m. at the St. Regis Community Center, 39 Lobo Loop, St. Regis, MT.

Mineral County Conservation District Board will meet on May 19m, 2009 at 6 p.m. at the MSU Extension Office, 301 Second Ave. E, Superior, MT 59872. All meeting are open to the public

The 33rd Annual St. Regis Flea Market — Montana’s largest — will be May 23, 24 and 25 at the St. Regis Community Park.

The Mineral County Mental Health Local Advisory Council meets April 22 at 6 p.m. in the Superior Mental Health Center to improve mental health services in Mineral County.
