Mineral County to hold yard sale to benefit hospital

The Mineral Community Hospital Foundation and Hospital Employee Volunteers are working together to put on a giant yard sale.

The Yard Sale will be held in conjunction with the Health Fair on Saturday June 13. The yard sale will run from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. on the hospital grounds. We'll also have a silent auction featuring some delicious homemade goodies and other fun items!

Have you been cleaning the garage, barn, closets? Do you have some good stuff you'd like to donate? We'll be accepting donations next Friday, June 12 from 9 a.m. - noon and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the parking lot below the clinic. We're looking for "gently used" furniture, sporting goods, tools, tableware/dishes/etc, artwork, etc. It's a great cause and a great way to give away items that you are no longer using.

Proceeds from the sale will go towards replacing the Nursing Home Resident Bath Tub…the current one was brought from the OLD hospital!! It's time for an update!
