CFVH encourages residents to make health a priority this winter season

| November 25, 2009 12:00 AM

Dear Sanders County Resident,

We are encouraging you to make your health a priority this winter and take advantage of our Laboratory Screening Specials. It is a great opportunity to begin or continue to track your health on a regular basis. We’ve made it especially convenient with NO PHYSICIAN ORDER OR APPOINTMENT NECESSARY. The results will be sent directly to you.

Attached is a flyer outlining our upcoming discounted tests and screenings available at Clark Fork Valley Hospital and each of our Family Medicine offices (Bull River, Thompson Falls, Hot Springs and Plains) now through December 31, 2009. Please post on public announcement boards and share with your fellow employees, friends and family.

Anyone who chooses to participate must (1) pay the low screening rates at the time of service and (2) fast 10-12 hours prior to getting a Lipid or Executive Panel.

Don’t miss out on this great opportunity for savings this holiday season! If you have any questions please call the Clark Fork Valley Hospital Information Line: 826-4950 or one of the Family Medicine Network offices below:

o Bull River Family Medicine: 847-2100

o Thompson Falls Family Medicine: 827-4442

o Hot Springs Family Medicine: 741-3602

o Plains Family Medicine: 826-4810
