Here's a deer story for ya

On the evening of November 22nd, my fifteen year old grandson and his friend took another friend to try to get her first deer.

My oh my, she shot her first deer and they started tracking the animal, during the track they ran into an older gentleman who said he would help them find the doe deer.

At dark the kids came home, the next morning the kids stayed home from school and went to search for the animal, find it they did, boned out. Apparently the fellow, I’ll no longer call him a gentleman had found the deer and taken the meat, what a shame, the girls first deer.

If this man ever gets hungry, he is certainly welcome to stop by my place and I will do my best to feed him, of course it will be with something shot fair and square.
