Savage Horsemen beat Cascade 41-6

| October 23, 2009 12:00 AM

Plains-Hot Springs capped off a historic season by coasting in their last game to an easy rout of Cascade.

The team did most of their damage in the first quarter as they subbed in many of the bench players in the second half, which led to great games by Senior Mike Camp and Freshman running back Mike Grey.

Reiley Winebrenner had a fumble recovery and two interceptions along with three touchdowns. Brian Green had two touchdown catches, and Dillon Fryxell had a touchdown.

In the locker room Coach Seth Pettit called the game a great tune-up for the playoffs and wrote the number four on the whiteboard in front of his team saying that they are now four wins away from the state class-B championship.
