Jeff grew up in Plains, Montana and then traveled the country. He was an all-around handy man, loved to cook and was a self made chef. He was also a very good bartender. Jeff's favorite hobbies were golf, pool and darts. Jeff met Donna in 2003 and they married on July 23, 2005 in Texas. After Hurricane Rita, they moved to Plains, then Dixon and finally made their home in Stevensville, Mt.

Jeff is preceded in death by his mother, Arlene Clark, and niece Amanda Hanson. Jeff leaves behind in lasting grief: his wife, Donna Ellis; children: Eugene Garaas, David Garaas, Jimmy Moore, Michael Moore and Mandi Moore; sister: Teresa Best (Russell); brothers: Doug Ellis (Carla), Jimmy Ellis (Rhonda), Shane Ellis, Justin Clark (Monica) and Aden Clark (Anne); fathers: Lyle Ellis and Lloyd Clark; and many Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Friends and many more.

A graveside service in Paradise will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 11 with a luncheon and Celebration of Life to follow at the VFW Hall in Plains.
