The applications must be returned to the County Clerk and Recorder, Jennine M. Robbins no later than March 15, 2011.  Final judging will be done by May 1st to select a winner and alternate.  A certificate will be issued to the winner of the scholarship on awards day at the student’s school and the payment will be made directly to the college or university of the student’s choice after he or she has been accepted by the school.
