Basketball Honors

The 2010-2011 District 7-B All -Conference teams have been announced. Among the players receiving recognition for their stellar play are several from Sanders County.

For the boys, Challis Wlson, a senior post from Thompson Falls earned both an all-state and all-conference selection for his oustanding play down in the paint.

Fellow Blue Hawk Jaron Laws, a junior guard earned a second team nod. Earning honorable mentions were junior guard Garrett Reinschmidt of Thompson Falls and senior guard Taylor Firestone of Plains.

On the girls team,

For the girls, junior guard Makayla Becker joined a pair of Trotters on the second team. Junior forward Kayla Revier and junior guard Diamond LaDeaux of Plains were also second team selections. Sophomore forward Kelsey Fitchett was awarded an honorable mention.
