Mineral County Sheriff's Report

2/27/11        

Around 8:12 a.m., the Montana Highway Patrol responded to an accident on Interstate 90 near mile marker 30 in the west bound lanes.

At 11:33 a.m., the Mineral County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) responded to an animal problem.

At 3:35 p.m., MCSO made an arrest for obstruction of justice at Tricon Lumber.

2/28/11

At 5:52 p.m., a theft was reported to the MCSO out on Johnson Creek Rd.

3/01/11         

At 4:31 a.m., MHP responded to an accident on Interstate 90 west bound by mile marker 34.

Around 6:31 a.m. the MCSO provided public assistance out on Cedar Creek Road. At 6:52 a.m., assistance was required out on Mullan Gulch Rd.

At 2:36 p.m., a request for an ambulance out at Silver Express was called in. An ambulance was also requested in Superior at 8:22 p.m.

A call came into MCSO for assistance from Alberton at 11:28 a.m.

At 9:58 p.m. an arrest was made of an individual for driving while suspended.

At 10:42 a.m., a call for assistance came into the MCSO from Pardee Creek Rd.

3/4/ 2011

At 4:27 p.m., a call for assistance was made and at 5:34 an animal problem was reported.

At 9:19 p.m., a call was made to report a suspicious person/ circumstance.
