3/20/11 12:41 a.m.- A reporting party called about a vehicle that slid off of Upper Lynch Creek Rd. with three females in the vehicle.  They women stated they were fine and just wanted a ride home from a deputy, but had to stay at the scene until an officer arrived. One woman was complaining of back and neck pain.

3/20/11 3:19 a.m. – A reporting party stated her ex-boyfriend is outside of her residence on Grove St. and kept knocking on her door, but will not stop after being asked to go away.

3/20/11 9:44 a.m. – A report of an “unruly” teen at Camp Bighorn was called in to dispatch.  The teen took off walking down Highway 200 and was yelling and screaming.

3/20/11 12:53 p.m. – A report of harassment by phone conversation was called in to dispatch by a woman on Graceland Drive.  She said the unknown caller was using profanity and she had asked them to quit it but they kept calling.

3/20/11 1:11 p.m. – A reporting party called to report a woman had been harassing her today. She was to bring the grandchildren to a birthday party and drop them off so the reporting party could spend some time with the kids, but instead she is parked outside of the caller’s house on Hill St.

3/20/11 4:33 p.m. – A reporting party stated he and his ex-wife have an agreement that he gets the kids on the weekends, but his ex just showed up at the residence demanding the children.  The reporting party stated she did leave and will go to see a judge about their custody problems.

3/21/11 1:14 a.m. – A train call came into the Plains Rural Fire Department saying he saw a fire near a barn entrance about five miles west of Plains on the north side of town. 

3/21/11 10:18 a.m. – A reporting party said his boat license plate had gone missing last week and it is now gone again.

3/22/11 4:49 a.m. – A reporting party advised that a chimney fire had started but they were able to extinguish it later on.

3/23/11 11:48 a.m. – A reporting party stated he was driving up Pats Knob Rd. and got too close to the cliff.  The driver got out of the vehicle and by the time he called Valley Towing the vehicle had slid down the cliff.

3/23/11 2:02 p.m. – A reporting party stated they had rented a Kids Mini storage unit last night, put a generator and some tools inside of it.  When they had returned to the unit, they noticed the lock was missing along with the generator and tools.

3/23/11 7:21 p.m.  The report that a juvenile male had jumped out of vehicle on Highway 200 near mile marker 87 and ran off into the woods came into dispatch.  The caller was the boy’s father, saying that they had had a verbal disagreement and the father pulled over which was when the boy fled the vehicle.  The boy returned later to the vehicle and they continued driving home.

3/24/11 9:52 a.m. – A reporting party stated that he and some family members had rented a camping spot, and when they went back to the spot to pick some their camper vehicles and some of them had been broken into.  Missing items included bedding and fishing poles.

3/24/11 9:30 p.m. – A reporting party advised that she could see some from her residence.  It turned out to be a large grass fire that became slightly out of control in the Lolo National Forest, along Highway 200.

3/25/11 12:49 a.m. – A reporting party advised that a person, who she knew, kept driving around her residence and was banging on her door, but then got into his pickup truck and drove away.  The caller also said that the man told her he “will put a bullet in her head if she gets a cop” to handle the situation any further.

3/25/11 10:19 a.m. – A reporting party advised that a dog is being abused on Cedar St near the old Bull Dog Video in Trout Creek.  The lab mix has been injured to one of its legs due to the dog owner continually kicking it.  Please report any other information to police.

3/25/11 1:35 p.m. – A reporting party called and advised that he had taken every pill in the house and that he is going down to the river with a chain around his neck and to tell his wife that he loves her.  An ambulance was paged.  Search and rescue was on stand-by.

3/26/11 3:27 p.m. - A reporting party advised that vehicle was driving by his residence, squealing their tires, speeding, and revving their engine.

3/25/11 5:34 p.m. – A reporting party called to say that a camera was stolen from their residence on Garber Street.

3/25/11 8:42 p.m. – A reporting party said that a chimney fire occurred on Little Thompson River Rd.

3/26/11 9:32 a.m. - The Symes Hotel in Hot Springs required an officer regarding public intoxication of a male in the parking lot of the hotel.

3/26/11/ 9:50 a.m. - A reporting party advised that hey 1988 grey Subarau was missing from Thompson River Road about one mile from where she left it parked the night before.

3/26/11 3:20 p.m. - A reporting party stated that a security alarm in their basement had gone off, and would not be turned off.  They called dispatch back later and they were able to get a keyholder on the scene to deactivate the alarm system.
