Letter to the Editor: Mayor doesn't vote

To the town of Plains –

 Everyone needs to know that your town council people are the only ones that vote on any issues! The mayor does not vote! Only the council people.

If you don’t want something to pass, go to your councilperson in your ward. The mayor does not vote, only if there’s a tie.

Go to your council meetings every first Monday of the month and express your concerns.
