Charles Leeland Christiansen

Charles Leeland Christiansen, at age 43 has passed away at CFVH on March 25th. Services are being held on April 3rd at noon at the Plains Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Charles has left behind his loving wife (Janie Christiansen), the two boys he taught everything he knew to (Delbert McGuigan and Deamon Meador), his mother (Charlotte Christiansen), his father (Hermon Christiansen), his four brothers (Gary, Tom, Ron, and Randy), his two sisters (Cheryl and Chrissy) and many other family members.

Charles was raised here in Plains and graduated from Plains High School in 1989. Charles did serve several years in the Navy. He married his wife, Janie in Billings, MT in 1991 and they moved back to Plains in 1993 where they made their home. Throughout his life he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and working on his cars. Charles spent several years working for Valley Auto Sales and K-2 Auto.

In his short life, he has touched many friends and loved ones. He has done a lot of service for Paradise Park and the elderly at Paradise. Charles and his big heart will be missed.

Babe, I love you and can not wait to feel your loving touch again. The dogs and I will miss you dearly. I’m sending you butterfly kiss and we all hope you are resting and in no pain. You are missed!
