4-H shooters place at state

Anna Dryden qualified for the Nationals 4-H Invitational Shooting Sports Tournament in Grand Island, Nebraska June 23-28! This honor comes to her after competing in 3 Position Sporter Air Rifle and taking first place in her age bracket at the Montana State Tournament in Bozeman. Her sister Mary also competed at Bozeman in Air Pistol and placed eighth in her age group. Shooters from all across the state competed in the event.

Several shooters also participated in the Montana State Postal Tournament. Members from the South Side Sparks 4-H club competed in various brackets and did very well.

Air Pistol shooters in 9/10 year old bracket were Martin Wrobleski — third place and Deriyan Sheehan — sixth place. They also took second place as a team!

Nehemian Baldwin took 13th place in the 13/14 year old bracket in Air Pistol competition and sixteenth in Sporter Air Rifle . Anna Dryden placed third in the 15/16 age bracket in Sporter Air Rifle and was also on the first place team!
