Whitefish Credit Union welcomes new loan officer to Thompson Falls

THOMPSON FALLS – Whitefish Credit Union is proud to name Magdalen Epperson as the new loan officer in their Thompson Falls branch.

Epperson comes to the Credit Union from First Security Bank where she worked for three years. The Thompson Falls native will be in charge of handling new and existing loan applications for all of the branch’s members.

“I’m looking forward to working with the team and for all of our members here in Thompson Falls,” said Epperson. “I love challenges and I will give it 110 percent. I’m very excited to be part of such a great organization.”

Taylor Horst, Whitefish Credit Union’s senior vice president, said he’s glad to welcome aboard the newest member of the Whitefish Credit Union family in Thompson Falls.

“Maggie’s enthusiasm, energy, attitude and aptitude make her an excellent fit for this position,” said Horst. “Our members deserve to have the best loan officers servicing their lending needs and we have found that in Maggie. I am excited to welcome her to Whitefish Credit Union and know she will excel in her new position.”

In her free time, Epperson is an avid horse enthusiast. She enjoys giving riding lessons and training horses, as well as competing with them around the state. Most recently, Epperson competed in the Whitefish Winter Carnival’s World Skijoring Championships.
