MCT will perform 'Red Riding Hood'

Auditions for a performance of “Red Riding Hood” by the Missoula Children’s Theatre were held on Monday at Plains High School. Actors and actresses ranging in age from 17 to 6 years of age were on hand to try out for parts in the play. Guided by MCT representatives Allie Kauling and Steven Thomas, the youngsters were put to the test with a wide range of activities. Encouraged to exhibit as much emotion as possible, the thespians rose to the challenge before an audience of parents, teachers and staff. The cast is as follows:

The cast of “Red Riding Hood” has only five short days to rehearse before the first performance. Louise Lulack, a member of the Plains Woman’s Club who put on the show, wanted to remind those who expect to attend a performance that if one were to purchase a ticket to the first show, the admission to the second one is free.
The play will take place on Saturday at 3 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the Plains High School Gym.
