Child safety seat checks now available

John Woodland, Chief of the Superior Volunteer Fire Department has completed the required four day course to become a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. At the conclusion of the class, on April 26th, he participated in a child safety seat check at the Missoula Rural Fire Station #1. Chief Woodland will be available by appointment to help make sure Mineral County residents are receiving all the protection available from their child safety seats. The Superior Volunteer Fire Department serves the Town of superior and the Superior Rural Fire District. Volunteers are needed and accepted from all areas served and from adjacent areas not served by another department.
