Suspect in Subway burglary pleads not guilty

THOMPSON FALLS – Dyllon Lee Totty-Hendry entered a not guilty plea at the Sanders County Courthouse on Tuesday, Nov. 5 for the break-in and burglary of the Subway in Plains.

Totty-Hendry was charged with one count of felony burglary after video surveillance placed him at the scene in the early hours of Wednesday, October 2. In all $248 was taken from the sandwich store.

Totty-Hendry’s omnibus hearing was scheduled for December 17, 2013 at 10 a.m. and his jury trial was set for January 21st, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. He will be seen before Judge Deborah K. Christopher.

Kailee Marie Salter and his brother Devin Rey Callis-Hendry were also suspected to have taken part in the burglary. Devin is charged with two felony counts including burglary and tampering with a witness, while Salter is charged with a felony count of tampering with a witness.

Both Devin and Salter had their initial appearance in court on Tuesday, November 19 in front of Judge James A. Manley.
