Remaining burglary defendants enter not guilty plea

THOMPSON FALLS - Both Kailee Salter and Devin Ray Callis-Hendry entered not guilty pleas before District Judge James Manley on Tuesday, November 12.

The two were allegedly involved in the October 2nd burglary of the Subway in Plains.

Both defendants received a bail reduction and their trial date was set for February 24th.

Salter was charged with tampering with a witness, a felony and obstructing a peace officer, a misdemeanor, while Callis-Hendry is charged with two felony counts and one misdemeanor.

The third alleged burglar, Dyllon Lee Totty-Hendry, pled not guilty before District Judge Kim Christopher on November 5th.
