HOT SPRINGS - After a bye week coming off a tough loss in their season opener, the Savage Heat are looking to rebound against Lincoln at home this Friday.

The men from Hot Springs bring an explosive offense and some veteran leadership to the field.

Head Coach Jim Lawson is looking to take his team back to the class-C state championship game which they won last year. Coach Lawson said the team is healthy and well rested after a week off.

“We need to get back to stopping the run and execute on offense,” said Coach Lawson. “Lincoln has some capable players. They ran the ball well last week.”

The Savage Heat will be looking for their first victory of the season against Lincoln on Friday.
