Letter to the Editor: Support for James

Judge Wanda James at Superior has been completely exonerated of misappropriating funds.

This comes as no surprise to those of us here in Mineral County who know, respect, and love this fine Christian woman.

To us, she has been an example of strength long before the testing of the deplorable and baseless accusations that have caused her so much personal stress, hardship and, yes, contemplative reflection over the past 8 months.

I do wonder about the causes of such baseless character assassination and those who feel they have the purity and power to assault such a person.

Groundless assault upon a person or a person’s character should have consequences.

The investigators owe Judge James an apology and those who initiated the investigation, possibly for political motives, should resign or be turned out of office.
