Guilty plea entered for Subway burglary

THOMPSON FALLS – The third person involved in the burglary of the Subway in Plains pled guilty in court this month.

Kailee Marie Salter pled guilty to count one of burglary; a felony charge.

Sentencing was scheduled for March 25, 2014 at 10 a.m. at the Sanders County Courthouse.

According to court documents, Devin Ray Hendry-Callis sentencing date was pushed back from February 11 to March 11 because his attorney was rescinded and the defendant needed to secure counsel.

As for Dyllon Lee Totty-Hendry, the third involved in the burglary, a plea agreement was accepted and the defendant was sentenced to a three year deferred sentence, restitution of $760.34 to be paid to the victim and 60 days to be served in the Sanders County Jail immediately following sentencing. Totty-Hendry was given credit for the time he served from October 16, 2013 to December 10, 2013.

According to court documents, he was remanded to the custody of the Sanders County Jail to serve the remainder of his five days.
