Subway break-in update

| January 28, 2014 12:57 PM

THOMPSON FALLS – Two of the three people involved in the burglary of the Subway in Plains pled guilty in court earlier this month. Both Devin Ray Hendry-Callis and Dyllon Lee Totty-Hendry changed their not guilty pleas to guilty.

According to court documents, Totty-Hendry “decided it is in his best interest to accept the plea offer contained in the plea agreement.”

A pre-sentence investigation was ordered and the matter was set for sentencing on February 18 at 10 a.m.

On January 16, Hendry-Callis changed his plea to guilty of the two counts charge against him – one count of burglary and one count of tampering with a witness. Sentencing was scheduled for February 11 at 10 a.m.

Kailee Marie Salter also appeared in court but the request for more time was granted. Salter recently had a baby and will again appear in front of the judge on January 28. Salter is charged with tampering with a witness, a felony; and obstructing a peace office, a misdemeanor.
