Excerpt from the Sheriff’s report week of 5/25 to 5/31.
Assault:
May 26 at 9:10 p.m. by the El Johnson Pool Park. Reporting party advises that they were assaulted at the pool park in Plains.
May 27 at 5:51 p.m. at North Central. Reporting party states her 16 year old brother was jumped by two males.
May 30 at 12:26 a.m. at West Second Street. Arrest made - reporting party requests officer, she states her boyfriend is beating her and she has marks all over. Weapons in the house.
Miscellaneous:
May 25 at 3:09 p.m. at West Oak Street. Reporting party advises of noise complaint at neighbor’s residence across the street.
May 25 at 5:53 p.m. at Cherry Creek Road. Reporting party advises that someone took approximately 20 feet of chain link fence from his property.
May 25 at 7:27 p.m. at CFVH. Reporting party advises that there was an attempt to break into her room at the hospital.
May 25 at 11:44 p.m. at Alger Road North. Reporting party advises that she observed someone near the shop and that when she yelled at the person, they fled on foot.
May 26 at 8:43 a.m. at Town Pump. Reporting party states his daughter was not returned to him this morning at 8:15 as planned with the mother.
May 26 at 11:21 a.m. at Wanless Lane North. Reporting party states that her and her boyfriend were fixing their fence and the neighbor punched her boyfriend in the face.
May 26 at 3:32 p.m. at Weeksville Road and Highway 200. Reporting party states that a little boy was playing on the tracks as a train was coming and her husband grabbed him. There were three other kids running around as well.
May 26 at 4:51 p.m .at golf Street. Third party call about domestic violence between boyfriend and girlfriend. There was a five year old witness.
May 26 at 7:11 p.m. at Railroad Road. Husband is ranting and raving, stating he is going to kill the reporting party. Husband has a machete and is chopping up her plants, calling her names and banging things around the shop.
May 26 at 11:10 p.m. at Main Street East. Suspicious male in the Harvest Food parking lot near the cardboard loading dock.
May 27 ay 1:11 a.m. on Main Street in Hot Springs. Reporting party advises a male has been harassing her. He walked up to her on main street and the conversation became obscene. She states the male has threatened her in the past.
May 27 at 10:12 a.m. at Railroad Road. Reporting party states she keeps getting calls from a male stating she won a million dollars and a new car. The person would like to bring the items to her residence in the morning.
May 27 at 10:55 a.m. at Perregrine Lane. Reporting party states his neighbor keeps yelling profanities at his girlfriend in reference to their dogs.
May 27 at 4:40 p.m. on River Road west. Reporting party states his neighbor’s sheep are on his property and he would like to talk to a deputy.
May 27 at 11:45 p.m. at Demers Street North. Reporting party states he was shot at 2 1/2 hours ago.
May 28 at 7:03 p.m. at South Gallatin Street. Reporting party walked in the lobby and reported a female is poisoning cats.
May 29 at 12:02 a.m. at Garber Street. Reporting party states she gave some boots to a friend. They didn’t fit so the friend gave the boots to her nephew. Reporting party states she told the mother to bring the boots back and she never did.
May 29 at 6:47 a.m. at Hot Springs High School. Reporting party states his son was physically and verbally assaulted by one of his teachers at school.
Theft:
May 25 at 8:02 p.m. at Wall Street North. Reporting party advises license plates were stolen off a vehicle he recently bought.
May 27 at 3:48 p.m. at Ace Hardware on Highway 200. Report of a male taking something from the shelf.
May 27 at 9:45 p.m. at Greenwood Street. Reporting party states some items are missing out of the garage.
May 28 at 9:52 a.m. at Sinclair. Report of a shop lifter.
May 28 a 9:24 p.m. at Scott Lane. Reporting party states someone at their mom’s house stole a rifle. Last seen five days ago.
