Gifts From Above Midwifery Care is excited to announce the arrival of Tristan Cordell Byler on May 28, 2014 at 3:41 p.m. and weighed 7 pounds 15 ounces. Proud parents are Jesse and Rhonda Byler of Noxon.  Sweet siblings are Megan and Natalia.  Paternal grandparents are Sam and Naomi Byler of Plains. Maternal grandparents are James and Carol Wengerd of Noxon.  Congratulations on your new baby boy!
