Valley Press wins seven awards

SANDERS COUNTY – The Clark Fork Valley Press returned from the Montana Newspaper Association convention on Saturday, June 14 with seven awards.

In division one, the Valley Press took first place for best lifestyles photo, bringing home a plaque for the picture.

The Valley Press also took second place for best lifestyles photo, best headline writing, best sports photo and best feature photo.

The paper brought in two third place awards for best lifestyle coverage and best enterprise journalism.
