An excerpt from the Sanders County Sheriff’s report week of 6/15-6/21.

Domestic abuse:

June 17 at 10:33 p.m. at Garber Street. Arrest made: Reporting party advises that she heard a girl screaming for someone to help her.

Miscellaneous:

June 15 at 11:34 a.m. at Columbia Street. Report of a bear behind the Masonic Temple.

June 15 at 9:30 p.m. at Larch Lane. Reporting party advises that a 15 year old juvenile drove over to his residence and flipped him off as they were leaving.

June 15 at 11:27 p.m. at Spruce Street. Requesting an officer for an ungovernable 17 year old male juvenile who is not physically combative.

June 16 at 12:06 p.m. at Pename Street. Reporting party states his mom is mean and needs mental help. Female is tribal.

June 16 at 1:56 p.m. at Vincent Mill Road. Reporting party states she is taking care of someone’s property and reports that at least two of the vehicles are gone.

June 16 at 4:01 p.m. at East Railroad Avenue. Reporting party advises that she believes the store has received a stolen television.

June 16 at 10:54 p.m. at Stevens Creek Road. Reporting party advises that a 22 year old male has been seeing her 14 year old granddaughter and they want him to stay away. She advises that the granddaughter may have been exchanging sex for pot.

June 17 at 9:02 a.m. at Main Street East. Reporting party states a 17 year old juvenile ran from the dentist office about five minutes ago.

June 19 at 7:49 p.m. at D Street. Reporting party states she thinks her neighbor is deceased.

June 19 at 11:44 a.m. at Two Rivers RV Park. Reporting party states a female and male keep returning to the park. He feels it may be drug related.

June 20 at 7:37 a.m. at Plains City Hall/Deemer Creek. Reporting party requests officer to assist getting the reporting party’s wife committed.

June 20 at 7:18 p.m. at Blue Slide Road. Report of squatters on the Vermillion Bay boat launch area. They have been there about three weeks and are shooting all hours of the day and night. Something doesn’t seem right.

June 20 at 11:58 p.m. at Upper River Road Heron. Arrest made: Possession of dangerous drugs - in pursuit on Noxon Back Road.

June 21 at 8:34 a.m. between Thompson Falls and Plains on Highway 200. First complaint about bicycles between Thompson Falls and Plains not staying to the side of the road. It’s hard to see them around corners.

June 21 at 3:37 p.m. at Stevens Creek Road. Reporting party states grandchildren are being unruly and saying since there mother was coming to visit that they don’t have to listen to her.

Theft:

June 15 at 9:26 p.m. at Old Highway 200. Reporting party advises that he is missing guns.

Traffic:

June 15 at 4:42 p.m. at Highway 200/Highway 56. Reporting party advises that she is being harassed by two males in a beige Dodge that has a cord of firewood in the bed. She advises the driver pulled out behind her and then passed her on double yellows and hit their brakes.
