Art on the Walls spring show to debut

PLAINS - Sanders County Arts Council announces the opening of the Spring Show of “Art on the Walls” at the Clark Fork Valley Hospital on Thursday, March 27, 2014.

The public is invited to join the artists at the Opening Reception from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. in the hospital lobby where folk singer Cliff Stephens will provide music.

Also featured at the reception are Paradise guitar maker Rick McCollum, who will be showing samples and visiting with folks, and woodcrafter Joe Ducharme, who will display some of his wood-turned art and explain his wood turning techniques.

Original artworks by these new and returning Sanders County Artists are featured: Earl Cook, Valerie Curtiss, Elsie DeMars, Andrew Gonzalez, Rachel Gonzalez, Rick Harter, Crystal Kingston, Sharon Levine, Sue Honts Mann, Jina McHargue, Cindy Miller, Lydia Shaw, and Karen Thorson.
