Lady Hawks season comes to an end

THOMPSON FALLS – The Lady Hawk’s season came to an end on Tuesday, May 20 during their divisional play-in game in Mission.

Although the Lady Hawks wanted to continue, they were unable to put any points on the board, losing the game 0-12. 

The ladies were able to break up the no hitter when Madison Fitchett put in the only hit of the game for the ladies.

The team, who is still young, graduated three seniors, only two of which who played.

With five freshman on the team, two sophomores and three juniors, the ladies have plenty of time before next season to gain more experience.

With some time on the diamond under their belts, the ladies gained some valuable experience that will help shape them for future seasons to come.
