Obituaries; Diana Lynn Loseth

Diana Lynn Loseth, 53 passed away unexpectedly on September 8th, 2014 in Plains, MT. She was born on December 19th, 1960 to Anita and David Loseth in Petersburg, Ak. Five minutes after being born her twin sister Deborah (Fisher) Loseth followed.

She graduated from Petersburg High school in 1980. Soon After graduating she married Jim Vick and gave birth to the love of her life Leah in 1981.

During Diana’s life she brought so much sunshine into the lives of the one’s she loved. She spent her life commercial fishing, waitressing, doing in home health care and child care. Diana cherished every moment she spent with her three precious grandchildren Erik (9), Sierra (7), and Evin Olsen (3).

Her love for children was immeasurable. She doted on all of her grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews, and many great nieces and nephews and friends.

No matter where Diana went she always showed up in style. She enjoyed sunshine,camping and Sunday picnics at blind slough with family and friends. She looked forward to trips up the Stikine river to visit her Uncle Earl and Aunt Mary Benitz’ homestead.

Diana is survived by her mother Anita (Benitz) Loseth, Daughter Leah (Vick) Olsen and John Olsen, June Vick and Family, twin sister Deborah (Fisher) Loseth, Sisters Juanita Loseth, Tina (Thompson) Loseth, and Desiree (Killgore) Loseth. Grand Children Erik, Sierra and Evin Olsen and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In our hearts your memory lingers sweetly,tender, fond and true. There is not a day that we don’t think about you, your smile, your kindness and gentleness in your voice our hearts ache as we remember the sweet and precious memories you have left us with. Words cannot express the void that was left with us.

Diana was so beautiful and she will be missed by many.
