Cancer network works with local business to raise funds

DRIVE 4 UR COMMUNITY – JUNE 6, 2015

This could be your opportunity to test drive a brand new Ford vehicle and donate to Cancer Network of Sanders County at the same time. Want to know how easy and fun it is to donate that $20? Just show up sometime between 10 am and 4 pm at Rehbein Ford in Plains, June 6. 2015, fill in a short survey and take a new Ford for a test drive! Only one person/address qualifies and you must possess a current driver’s license. Ford Motor Company will send us $20/person for your efforts! They offer up to $6000 for this event, so we could really use 300 people to do the test drive! Being able to host this event is kind of a big thing, Ford Motor Company does not back this event for just any Ford dealership. Rehbein Ford had to apply for this event months ago. Our past success and enthusiastic participation in the community is one reason why we are able to make this an annual event.

Last year, CNSC received a check for nearly $3000 – a wonderful donation, but what that means is that we left half of the potential money - $3000 - on the table unclaimed! We can do better than that, right? If you are thinking that the gang at Rehbein Ford is going to be twisting arms to sell you a new car, put your mind at rest on that issue. Rehbein Ford employees will be available to take you on your test drive, answer any questions you may have and that is all. The certainly will entertain inquiries about a purchase, but you will have to initiate that conversation. No hard sell efforts will be going on.

This event generates funds for CNSC to give back in the form of gifts to anyone who is a Sanders County resident currently undergoing treatment for cancer. Currently, we are able to give a $700 gift. So, please come take a short test drive and help your neighbors in Sanders County who are in need of a little financial assistance.
