The first report reads:

The Sanders County Sheriff’s Office is investigating several burglaries that have occurred in the Heron area. The first one is the burglary of a barn where a large amount of antiques were stolen. The amount of antiques taken would taken several days to remove from the barn. The same barn was burglarized again recently and we video surveillance of the suspect whi is currently posted on the Sanders County Sheriff’s Office Facebook site. We are asking the public to view our website and try and identify the this suspect. There is a sizable reward offered for the information which leads to the recovery of the stolen property and the arrest of the suspects responsible for these two Burglaries.

The second burglary the Sheriff’s Office is investigating is the burglary of a residence in Heron area which the suspects entered a residence and used a cutting torch to open the top of a Cannon safe and stole 31 rifles and handguns. One of the rifles was a tranquilizer rifle and the drug Ketamine was also stolen from the safe. A reward has been offered in this case also.

The second report reads:

The Sanders County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the burglary of a residence that has occurred in the Paradise area. The burglary of a residence after the suspects pulled a gate down (possible with a winch) where entry was then gained to the home and almost all of the house contents were stolen.

The amount of items taken would have required the use of a large panel or U-Haul type of vehicle and may have taken several days to remove all of the items from the residence. The suspects then left the front door open and a bear gained entry into the residence and did some damage to the inside of the residence.

The Sheriff’s Office is currently seeking information on these suspect(s) or the whereabouts of all the items taken from the residence. There is a sizable reward offered for the information which leads to the recovery of the stolen property and the arrest of the suspect(s) responsible for this burglary.
