Sanders County justice court roundup

Sanders County Justice of the Peace Donald M. Strine handled the following cases last week:

• Anthony Lee Wallor, 46, had three misdemeanor counts for a June 6 citation dismissed.

• Brian Michael Murchle, 36, received a deferred imposition of sentence for speeding 84 miles per hour on a non-interstate in a 65 mph zone. He was fined $70 and ordered to pay $50 in court costs.

• Debra W. Keate, 55, forfeited a $20 bond for driving 80 mph in a 70 mph zone.

• Tyler John Griswold, 31, forfeited a $70 bond for driving 89 mph in a 70 mph zone.

• Adam Douglas Hertz, 37, forfeited a $70 bond for driving 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. A charge of failing to carry proof of insurance was dropped.

• Jennifer Marie Collins, 38, was fined $50 for careless driving on a guilty plea and ordered to pay $35 in court costs.

• Phillip David Meek, 29, forfeited $80 in bonds and was fined $70 for operating a vehicle with an expired registration and speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.

• Steve Michael Roy, 61, received a deferred imposition of sentence after he pleaded guilty to careless driving. He was ordered to pay $35 in court costs.

• Calvin Ray Huntley, 55, forfeited a $50 bond for speeding 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was ordered to pay $35 in court costs.

• Jesse Anthony Wanskasmith, 32, forfeited a $20 bond for speeding 65 mph in a 55 mph zone. He was ordered to pay $35 in court costs.

• Michael Burns Vulles, 66, pleaded guilty to exceeding the max gross weight allowed on any group of axles. He was ordered to pay $35 in court costs.
