Last week’s cold temperatures are going to thaw this week, with high temperatures in the 30’s and lows in the 20’s.  No precipitation for the next couple of days, But a few inches of snow is called for on Friday and Saturday.

According to the Farmers’ Almanac, milder than normal temperatures are expected in our area for the rest of this winter.  However, other parts of the country won’t fair as well, with unseasonably cold conditions in the Midwest and Atlantic Seaboard. In the northern and central Great Plains, the Great Lakes, New England and parts of Ohio, they will experience more snow than normal.
