The Montana High School Association awarded both Alberton and St. Regis High School with its Sportsmanship Award.  This award is for schools who do not have any ejections of students or coaches from football or volleyball.

Superior broke their seven plus years of receiving the award by a player being ejected from a football game this past fall for fighting with a player on another team.  Superiors Athletic Director, Allan Labbe said that it was unfortunate that it happened, but that’s all it takes is one player on a team to get into trouble.

Two St. Regis Athletes, Ryan Teeter and Emma Hill, also won MHSA Sportsmanship Awards in December.
