Plains police chase gunmen to Paradise

PLAINS – The Plains Police Department engaged in a car chase Saturday, which ended with an arrest at the Paradise Post Office.

The situation is still being investigated. However, according to information from the Sanders County Sheriff’s Office, the Plains PD received a call that two armed men were threatening to shoot them. It is believed when police arrived, the suspects fled in their vehicles and officers gave chase. They cornered one in Paradise, but the fate of the other suspect is still unknown. The police arrived at the scene, staging at the Paradise Post Office.

The details of the incident are still unknown, however the suspect was arrested and the Plains Ambulance was called to come to the Paradise Post Office.
