Hearing for Monday, Nov. 14, 2016

Justin Granville Blenhelm had his initial appearance in Mineral County justice court on Nov. 14. He appeared before Judge Leslie Halligan on charges of felony theft from an arrest on Nov. 17, 2015. His mother, Jennifer Joan Redling and her partner had left town and Blenhelm stayed at their home while they were gone.

After their return, they found several items missing from the home including jewelry and sterling silver flatware. The items were later “found” at Missoula Gold and Silver Exchange, where the owner allegedly identified Blenhelm as the person who brought them into the store.

Joey Anthony Petty, Sr. made his initial appearance in court on Nov. 14, on charges of sexual abuse of children and sexual assault, both felony charges stemming from a Sept. 28, 2016 incident.
