During the afternoon, an assembly was held where students, teachers and administrators participated in games against each other. The school invited athletes and staff from Alberton to participate where they were greeted with cheers by Superior as they entered the gym.

Both Alberton and Superior students rode on floats down River Street in the Homecoming Parade, winding their way back to the football field. During half-time at the game against Seeley-Swan, Homecoming Royalty were introduced. Freshman class was Hewston Coon and Haidey Hennick. Sophomore class was Kade Parkin and Micah Geraci-Wahlin. Junior class was Andy Bailey and Emily Coleman. Senior class was Mathew Buchanan and Emma Dubois, where the seniors were crowned king and queen.

After the late night game, the Superior Booster Club fed the students burritos. This was followed by a Homecoming Dance in the gym where Alberton and Superior students busted out their dance moves to music provided by local DJ’s.

Alberton’s Homecoming will be held on September 22 and 23 where Superior’s students will again participate in school festivities.
