The St. Regis Lady Tigers squared off against the Lady Vikings in Charlo on Friday, Dec. 8 with a win, 38 to 27. The Vikings held a one point lead at the end of the first quarter with 10 to 11. But in the second quarter the Tigers turned up the heat and added 14 more points to the board making it 24 to 18 at the half.

The Tigers held their lead through the rest of the game with another 14 points in the third quarter and another 14 points in the fourth where the Vikings managed 9 points.

This puts the Ladies into a 3-0 season so far, Vikings are 1-2.

Anna Sanford was team high scorer with 10 points, followed by Emma Hill with 9. Baylee Pruitt 6, Madison Kelly 5, Justice Tate 4 and Chloe Cielke and Kylee Thompson both had 2 points.

Charlo had Bella Hawk 1, Teaira Truman 2, Kaitlin Cox 5, Tyrah Hammond 4, Sakoya Gaustad 2, Carlee Fryberger 2, Lieu Smith 7, Allie Delaney 4.

St. Regis boys lose to Charlo on the road 63-16

St. Regis boys faced the Charlo Vikings on Friday, Dec. 8 on the road and lost 63-16. The Vikings took a solid lead in the first quarter and maintained it throughout the game. The score was 40 to 9 at the half. The Tigers put up another 7 points in the second half where Andrew Sanford led the team with 6 points. Both Ian Farris and Zane Antos had 3. Ryan Teeter and Nicholas Day each had 2 points.

Clark Fork boys taken down by Seeley-Swan 66-45

On Friday the Clark Fork Mountain Cats boys faced Seeley-Swan Blackhawks on the road with a loss of 66-45. The Blackhawks kept a steady lead throughout the game with 30 to 15 at the half. The Cats managed to keep pace with the Blackhawks in the second quarter but it wasn’t enough for the win. Bryon Mask was lead scorer with 16 points. Carson Callison had 9, Aaron Waddle 8, Connor Voll 6, Javen Hughes 4, and both Michael Spence and Danner Haskins had 1 point each.

Lady Cats pummel Lynx on the road 72-23

The Clark Fork Lady Cats pummeled Lincoln Lynx on the road last Saturday, Dec. 9 with a 72-23 win. Kenzie Mueller led the charge putting 20 points on the board for the team win. The Cats came out strong in the first quarter and put up 25 points to the Lynx 12. From there they left the Lynx in the dust putting 21 more up in the second quarter leading in the half 46 to 16.

They shut out the Lynx in the third quarter and put up another 19 points and both teams got 7 more points in the fourth quarter. Madison Lommen had 16 points up, Hailey Kelly 13, Madison Mask 11, Sophia Krutilla 6, Montanna Baughman 5, Margaret Parking and Madison Courser both had 2.

Clark Fork boys meet defeat on the road against Lincoln

In a high scoring game the Lincoln Lynx shut out the Clark Fork Mountain Cats boys team 63-50 on Saturday, Dec. 9. The Lynx shot out in the first quarter with 24 points up to the Cats 13. By the half the Cats trailed 41-28. In the second half the Cats stayed in pace with the Lynx with 9 points up in the third quarter to the Lynx 8 and in the final quarter they had 13 to the Lynx 14.

Bryan Mask and Michael Spence led the team with 14 points each. Carson Callison had 10, Connor Voll 6, Aaron Waddle 4 and Corey Radford 2.

The Lady Cats win against Seeley-Swan on the road

On Friday the Lady Cats traveled to Seeley and won against the Blackhawks 39-33. Madison Lomman was high scorer with 15 points, followed by Kenzie Mueller with 12. Hailey Kelly and Madison Mask both had 5 and Montanna Baughman had 2.
