Hearings before Judge Robert Deschamps on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 in Mineral County Court.

—Earl James Perrine went before Judge Deschamps on May 24 and Judge John Larson on June 7 for evidentiary hearings from charges stemming from an April 29, 2014 felony of criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

—Logan Michael Galloway was scheduled for a hearing on June 26 for criminal possession of dangerous drugs and with intent to distribute from an April 24, 2017 arrest.

—Leigh Annjean Cossey had a status conference with Judge Deschamps for a January 24, 2017 charge of criminal possession of dangerous drug and with intent to distribute opiates and meth.

—Sean Morgan Everly was found guilty for criminal possession of dangerous drugs and possession of dangerous drug paraphernalia from a February 22, 2016 arrest. He was sentenced to three years in jail with three years suspended.

—Misty Renell Hirsch had a status hearing from charges for felony theft on December 7, 2014 and bail jumping on January 12, 2015. The bail jumping charge was suspended.

—Jay Dean Anderson had a Petition to Revoke for a felony charge of possession of dangerous drugs and a misdemeanor for possession of dangerous drug paraphernalia from a July 10, 2015 arrest.

—Randy Scott Kelley had a status conference for a March 12, 2017 charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs with a hearing date scheduled for June 26, 2017.

—Gary Allen Howell had a bench warrant for jumping bail for a felony charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia on June 27, 2014.

—Jonathon Johnson had a status conference for a June 11, 2016 charge of theft, obstructing a police officer and driving with a suspended license.

—Brandon Charles Bricker had a status conference for a felony assault with a deadly weapon charge from a Sept. 22, 2016 arrest and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief, failure to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle. A hearing is scheduled for July 10.

—Leonard Anthony Upton had an omnibus hearing for criminal endangerment charges from Jan. 26, 2017 when he allegedly shot a BB gun into a window of a home in Alberton. A hearing is scheduled for August 9, 2017.

—Jordan Christensen had an initial court appearance for charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute from an April 24, 2017 arrest.

—Kenneth Wayne Daly has an initial appearance for Jan. 14, 2016 and Feb. 3, 2016 charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs.

—Nile Chantelle Desoto had an initial appearance from a May 26, 2017 charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia.
