- Superior resident Gary Robert Rutherford, 65, was given a 10-year suspended sentence for two counts of possession of dangerous drugs with intent to distribute and for possession of drug paraphernalia plus fines and fees, from a Dec. 4, 2015 arrest.
- Ryan Thomas Ralston from Minnesota was sentenced to 3 years in prison. His sentence was deferred for 3 years with 48 days credit for time served. He was charged with criminal possession of a dangerous drug with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was in possession of marijuana on Dec. 20, 2015. He was also fined $2,000 with a $500 fine for failure to appear in court.
- Charley Kovalsky was committed to the Department of Corrections. Enrollment in placement for 13 months, upon successful completion will serve a 3 year suspended sentence and will be on probation plus pay $5,000 in fines stemming from an August 31, 2016 DUI arrest. It was his fourth or subsequent offense and he had a suspended license. He is currently working in Alaska.
- Brandon Charles Bricker had an omnibus hearing and has failed to comply with conditions of his release order stemming from an Oct. 13, 2016 arrest for assault with a deadly weapon. The court has ordered to arrest Bricker and bring him to court.
